How MeCard works
A live digital business card in 60 seconds — for one person or a whole team. Share by NFC tap, QR, or link. Add physical cards whenever you want.

Whether you’re a solo professional or rolling MeCard out across a team, the underlying product is the same. The path you take to get there isn’t.
If it’s just you
Freelancers, small-business owners, sales people who network in their own name.
1. Sign up free
Sign in with Google or use your email. Name and photo come from your Google account.
2. Build your profile
Job title, company, mobile, LinkedIn. Your live profile appears at mecard.co.za/mecard-profile/your-name.
3. Share any way
QR code, WhatsApp, native share, copy link, email or SMS. One tap and they have your contact.
4. Add a card later
Order an NFC card from inside your console — Classic R299 or Custom R399. Tap-to-share a profile that’s already live.
If you’re rolling it out to a team
HR teams, marketing departments, sales managers, agencies giving every client’s rep a card.
1. Set up your business account
Sign up as the admin. The teams console lives at /manage-mecard-profiles/ — one place to run everyone’s profile.
2. Add your people — or hand us a list
Add team members one by one from the console, or send us a CSV and we’ll bulk-load them for you. Each person gets their own profile under the company brand.
3. Apply your brand
Company logo, colours, layout. Set it once at the company level and it carries across every profile.
4. Order cards in bulk
Classic at R299 each or Custom at R399 each, printed with your design. Order from inside the console — one basket, one delivery.

Generated on demand. Download as a PNG to print on a poster, slide, or window decal.
WhatsApp deep-link
Type a phone number, hit send, the recipient gets your profile in their WhatsApp chat.
NFC tap
Tap your card or phone tag on someone’s phone. Their browser opens your profile.
vCard download
One tap on the profile saves your contact straight into the recipient’s phone book.

MeCard installs to your phone’s home screen like an app — without an app store. Open it, share, done.
On iPhone, the install instructions appear after signup. On Android, it’s a one-tap browser prompt.
